Johan is a Director and Head of the Personal Injury & Third-Party Claim Practice.
Prior to joining the firm in 2007 Johan served as an Official in the South African Police Service for a period of 21 years. During this time Johan gained extensive knowledge and experience in public sector administration and resource management.
Renowned for his exceptional attention to detail and diligence, Johan has proven to be an invaluable asset to the firm. Johan has extensive knowledge of High Court Litigation and has successfully represented numerous foreign clients in Personal Injury and Third-Party Claims.
Johan also has extensive knowledge and experience in Family Law and regularly attends to divorce and other proceedings pertaining to family law.
